Cancellation Policy

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Note:

  • Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or slight variation in handcrafted work.
  • Orders without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • The displayed pictures in website does not include stone and glitter work, but the final delivered product will feature these embellishments.
  • Since these are handcrafted by artisans, slight variations may occur in each piece
